I hope you are great! This is been an amazing season.. and I truly hope that the rest of the year become more than that!!
We have to say it… there something in Puebla that make us felt in love with this City… Perhaps is its food, its Chapels, its Volcanoes… the weather… what I know!! Only I know that those years lived over there were the most amazing years in my life… that`s why we always came back to Puebla…
In this special occasion we have the chance to collaborate with Carolina Garcia from Carolina Garcia Bodas y Eventos in a wedding that was a dream come true!
Destination Wedding in Puebla
Wedding couple got married in a beautiful church at Puebla City, she arrived beautifully in her wedding gown ready to wed the love of her life… he as good gentleman were waiting for her… the church was all decorated with gold which shine under the lights as a perfect frame for their vows exchange.
Dinner reception take place at a gorgeous venue at Atlixco near to Puebla City, and was all greenery decorated; couple, friends and family danced all night long!
In regards the wedding there is a lot that we can tell you… we really enjoyed been part of Carolina´s team, and looking
forward to work with her soon! but ” Honor to whom honor is due”, in this particular case she was the ”
Chief” Wedding Planner so there are a few details that we can not share, not because we don’t want, because our role in this wedding was secondary… soon we will share with you our next wedding in Puebla… promise!

Try to walk a little bit around the down town, whereCathedral is located, around you will find not only great things to see, but also a lot of food!… don’t go without taste the ” Chalupas, Molotes and Esquites” that are selling around the plaza. Looking forward for something more boho? Well.. go to the “Sapos” where you can find a lot of small restaurants and bars with that boho feeling that you will love!…
I suggest to visit Cholula, its Pyramid is the largest in Latinoamerica… so you must see it!… around this magical town you will also find its ” arches” at the main plaza… in one corner you will find a small cafe called ” La Enamorada” … why is this so iconic? Well if you feel little adventurous with your spanish lessons I`ll suggest to find an old Mexican movie called ” La Enamorada ( 1946)” with Maria Felix and Pedro Armendariz this movie was filmed at Cholula, and that exact corner, where the cafe is now located, Cholula´s arches and main plaza are on that movie… you will travel in the time!
Some streets behind the arches you will find Cholula´s Market. If you have chance, stop there to eat something, buy some flowers or just walk around.
There are some other small places that you will love in Puebla… we will be happy to tell you more about them in a future post… in the meantime this a small taste of why you get feel in love with Puebla for your wedding… it won’t be only its venue, food and places to go, also it will give to you guests a complete different experience and feeling of what Mexico it is… We love Riviera Maya, Cancun and all Mexican beach venues… but Cities like Puebla, San Miguel de Allende, Merida, Queretaro, have something complete different from the Beach Venues.
