Fantastic wedding planners who helped my husband and I find the venue that worked best for us (while still under construction) and plan an entire weekend of activities for our friends and family traveling from the USA. They helped negotiate with the venue and really bring our vision to life. In addition, they proactively offered a ton of day-of support: from answering all our guests’ questions, to ensuring the decor looked how we envisioned it, to solving problems before we heard of them so that we could truly enjoy the day. They worked so hard that our guests pointed out to us how hard they were working to keep everything running smoothly. Can’t recommend strongly enough!

Cecy and Vanessa are amazing, and we couldn’t possibly be happier with how great our wedding turned out because of them. They constantly went above and beyond to help us plan every little detail and it was great knowing they were there to run the show. Honestly, we had no idea how complicated a destination wedding could be, but I can tell you that without their assistance, it would have been a nightmare to coordinate it all. They made multiple trips to the cenote, the resort, and other businesses, as well as coordinated on events, food, photographers, entertainment, etc… and even stayed till the very end to ensure it all went according to plan. We can’t thank Cecy and Vanessa at Better Together enough for making our Tulum elopement an unforgettable experience! With just limited months to plan, they pulled out all the stops to create the most beautiful and seamless day for us. From the very first conversation, their warmth and friendliness made us feel completely at ease, and we never had to worry about how our special day would turn out.

Cecy and Vanessa were attentive to every detail, from helping us choose a stunning ceremony location (sight unseen!) to referring us to some amazing spots that made our trip even more magical. When we arrived, they took the time to meet us in person, drove us to the location to ensure we were happy with it, and even offered to take us to another cenote if needed. Their dedication to making sure we were comfortable and thrilled with our day was beyond incredible.

Not only did they perfectly plan our elopement, but they also made us feel so special throughout the process. Even the little favors we asked for were handled with such care and kindness. We wouldn’t change a single thing about our ceremony, and we’re so grateful to have had them by our side.

Cecy and Vany at Better Together Mexico were an absolute pleasure to work with for planning our wedding in Chemuyil, Mexico! They spent an entire weekend with us upon our initial meeting showing us venue options, going cake tasting, getting hair and makeup trials, etc. Being based in the US, it was incredibly helpful to have the Better team on the ground in Mexico, liaising with all the vendors and making sure everything was flawless. They had great recommendations for everything we needed and worked to make sure we were satisfied with every wedding decision along the way. They were present, kind and good humored. This review has been long overdue, and I am happy to finally give credit, to these AMAZING Wedding planners! As an American/Mexican woman, knowing I wanted to marry in Mexico, I quickly felt very overwhelmed on where to begin, and how to start this process. On a search, in a sea of other wedding planning options in Mexico, there was something about Cecy & Vanessa that stood out to me. I was riding the whole time on faith. I never flew out to meet them pre-wedding time. Everything was done via WhatsApp, and email. But I knew that this dynamic duo pair was on top of their game! They took care of EVERYTHING for us! Ensuring the resort we picked was on the same page, they took care of our certificates, our appointments, even provided top notch recommendations for hair and makeup too! I am incredibly introverted and private, but there’s something about Cecy & Vanessa that made me want to come out of my shell! When we shared our love story, you could tell they felt the emotion. This only showed me that this isn’t just something they do for a living, it is clearly a passion; because they’re a couple of hopeless romantics (like me and my husband). They believe in the power of love, and it’s clear it brings them joy to celebrate love by organizing weddings! Cecy especially was a real champion! She was a rock when I was struck with nerves! She held strong in my one freak out moment too, lol! Vanessa went above and beyond to put extra touches, like providing a guitar for my musician husband to play on the big day as I got ready. She also happily carried my wedding purse and phone. They even provided signatures as witnesses on our marriage certificates. You absolutely WILL not regret choosing them to plan your big day! They’re worth their weight in GOLD! I feel truly honored that when I think of one of the most important days of my life, That Cecy & Vanessa were apart of it, they made it happen!
